A flexible workspace, OfficeSlice offers private ofices, cubicles, semi-private offices and café style seating, for small, established and startup business of the San Fernando Valley. No long term commitments, allowing you the flexibility you need to grow. The amenities available to our members include Wi-Fi, printer, copier, scanner, conference room, mail service, and a community of passionate business owners. Our space is conveniently located at 15165 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 245, in Sherman Oaks. We are located within walking distance of top-rated restaurants, gyms, shopping and public transportation. Our location makes Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, the West Valley, and Downtown LA easily accessible.
Is coworking for me?
We work with a variety of businesses, from startups, established, to downsizing. Our business owners are not interested in tying up capital and holding a long-term lease. Coworking provides shared workspace for corporations, companies, private businesses and individuals. You can rent a private office, a cubicle, semi-private office or a desk. You can also just drop in and work with us for the day. Try us out with a trial day pass, only $10.00.
What are your hours?
We are staffed and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5 p.m. 24/7 Access is also available. We are closed on major holidays.
Where do I park?
Two hour metered street parking is available on Ventura Blvd., and Columbus. 10 hour meters are available on Sepulveda Blvd, just one block west. For free and low cost parking tips, download our parking tip sheet here.
What can I leave at OfficeSlice
If you have a private office, cubicle or semi-private office, you can leave any of your equipment and files that you need to conduct your business. If you are using our coworking space, then you need to bring everything home with you at the end of your day.
What about using the phone?
As long as your not shouting at anyone, feel free to use the phone. You may also take calls in the kitchen, at reception or in the conference room if it is not previously booked.
What if I don’t use all the days in my package?
OfficeSlice offers private offices, cubicles, semi-private offices on a monthly basis. OfficeSlice does not grant refunds for unused days. Unused days cannot be rolled over into the following month or shared with another member.
When and how will I be invoiced?
When you decide to become an OfficeSlice member, you will set up an account with us. You can pay by recurring credit card charge, check, PayPal, or automatic bank withdrawal. All monthly fees are due on the first of the month. Invoices are delivered via email five days prior to the due date.
Can I bring clients or my customers to OfficeSlice?
Of course! Having a professional place to meet clients and hold meetings or workshops is a primary advantage of being a member of OfficeSlice. Our conference room is equipped with a Flatscreen tv, Google Chromecast, and whiteboard! If you are in need of additional type of equipment, let us know! Will you have events for members?
OfficeSlice offers workshops, networking opportunities and member events.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to lose you! But if you have to go, we ask that you give us a written 30-day notice prior to your next invoice date.
